Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process in a fully remote environment
  • Collaborate with hiring managers through virtual meetings to understand hiring needs
  • Source candidates using online job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks
  • Conduct virtual interviews and coordinate online assessments
  • Maintain accurate candidate records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and recruitment regulations
  • Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience remotely


Qualifications Required


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional HR certification CIPD , will be an added advantage
  • Prior experience in remote recruitment or virtual hiring is preferred
