Retail Supervisor (Fixed Term)

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Retail Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of a busy fuel station and convenience store in Brighton & Hove. This role is ideal for someone with retail experience who can lead by example and ensure high standards of customer service and compliance are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations
• Supervising staff and allocating duties during shifts
• Ensuring excellent customer service standards are delivered
• Handling cashing up, till checks, and resolving discrepancies
• Maintaining stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety, food safety, and age-restricted sales laws
• Opening and closing the store as required

• Previous experience in a retail or supervisory role (fuel station experiences desirable)
