Warehouse Team Manager (Permanent)

As the PM Warehouse Team Manager you'll be responsible for overseeing the warehouse operation on a 2:30pm - 11:00pm shift, ensuring orders are processed efficiently, inventory is managed accurately, and the team works safely and productively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support warehouse operatives throughout the shift.
• Coordinate daily picking, packing and dispatch activities.
• Monitor workflow and allocate resources to meet operational priorities.
• Ensure stock movements, replenishment and returns are completed accurately.
• Maintain health and safety standards across the warehouse.
• Coach team members and help drive continuous improvement.
• Report operational issues and provide updates to warehouse management.

• Salary c. £32k-£33k

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience leading a warehouse or logistics team ideally within an e-commerce environment.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-moving environment.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
• Experience working with warehouse management systems is desirable but not essential.
