Interior Design Consultant (Permanent)

The Design Consultant will be responsible for:

Design Advice and Sales

Customer service

Interior planning with the client

Welcome clients and deal with their enquiries

Undertake the global following responsibilities for your client, from the advice, sale, order and follow-up

Create Pro formas & sales orders, ensuring all sales orders are signed

Follow the progress of all the orders, ensuring all orders are correct

Mood boards and presentations for clients if required

Space Planning: Knowing how to arrange furniture and use proportions so a room feels balanced and easy to move through.

Technical Software: Using digital programs like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite to make precise floor plans and 3D models.

Color Theory and Lighting: Understanding how colors affect mood, and how to balance natural and artificial light sources.

Materials and Building Codes: Knowing the durability of different fabrics and finishes while following local safety and accessibility rules.
