Retail Supervisor (Permanent)

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of a busy fuel station and convenience store in Cambridge. This role is ideal for someone with retail experience who can lead by example and ensure high standards of customer service and compliance are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations
• Supervising staff and allocating duties during shifts
• Ensuring excellent customer service standards are delivered
• Handling cashing up, till checks, and resolving discrepancies
• Maintaining stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety, food safety, and age-restricted sales laws
• Opening and closing the store as required 

• Competitive hourly rate of £14.00

• Previous experience in a retail or supervisory role (fuel station experiences desirable)
