Team Leader (Permanent)

We are recruiting a Team Leader to support the smooth operation of a busy fuel station and convenience store in North West London. This is a hands-on role where you will lead from the front, support the store team, and ensure high operational and customer service standards are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising the team during shifts
• Supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations
• Delivering excellent customer service and resolving customer queries
• Overseeing till operations, cash handling, and end-of-shift reconciliation
• Managing stock control, deliveries, and merchandising standards
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures, including:
• Age-restricted sales (Challenge 25)
• Health & Safety regulations
• Food safety and hygiene standards
• Assisting with staff training, onboarding, and performance support
• Opening and closing the store when required

• Previous experience in retail, ideally within a forecourt or convenience environment
• Experience in a supervisory or team leader role
